  Since the World Health Organization (WHO) declared Covid-19 as a global health emergency on January 20, 2020, the Indonesian government has taken the attitude to send all students from PAUD to SMA from all schools in Indonesia to study at home online. So it has been almost eighteen months since the children were forced to study at home, the government finally set a new policy on Face-toface Learning with a limited protocol.Every change in the situation that occurs has an impact and problem for everyone who can feel the change themselves. There is a lot of worry and preparation to be made when schools start to open. Likewise, school preparation in dealing with limited face-to-face learning will have positive and negative impacts on existing changes.To meet the need for research on the impact of changing online or online learning into limited face-toface learning during the pandemic, the authors have analyzed it and focused on more information about the impact of changes felt psychologically by educators, especially TKK PENABUR Cirebon teachers.Finally, the authors hope that research on the impact of changing online or online learning into limited face-toface learning can contribute and be useful for the development of early childhood education programs during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia.
