  Siti Romlah. 200221019. Perceptions of Beginner Voters, Students of State Madrasah Aliyah School (MAN) 1 Cirebon City in the Election Socialization Through the 2023 Election Carnival. With supervisor Eka Wildanu, S.AP., M.Si as the main supervisor and Sastra Abijaya, S.Sos., M.Si. As an accompanying supervisor lecturer. This research is to find out and describe the perceptions of novice voters at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Cirebon City school in electoral socialization through the 2023 election parade. The research method used is a research method using a descriptive qualitative approach. This research uses the theory of perception from previous researcher Bimo Walgito for measurement, which has several sub-focuses, namely absorption of stimuli or objects from outside the individual, understanding understanding as well as assessment and evaluation.The data used is primary data collected through interviews, observation and literature study. The number of informants was 15 people whom the author chose as people who were considered able to provide information regarding the perceptions of novice student voters. From the results of data reduction from these 15 people, the author selected 5 people who were in accordance with the author's objectives, who represented both the Cirebon City KPU and Cirebon City MAN 1 students.The techniques used in collecting data are observation, interviews and documentation. After going through the data collection process, the author involved data collection through data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, it shows that students at MAN 1 Cirebon City have high enthusiasm in participating in election outreach through the 2023 election parade. Students can find out about the various ballot papers, what to vote for, the importance of elections and practice simulations of voting procedures. Students also assessed that the socialization was educational and provided insight regarding the election. It can be concluded that the perception of beginner voters at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Cirebon City school in the implementation of socialization is quite effective which aims to increase knowledge and introduce elections to students who have a role as beginner voters among students. Of course, this can increase the participation of novice voters themselves who are generation Z by preparing them as intelligent voters who can influence choosing the best future.
