  Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) contribute to 95% of the total businesses in the Indonesian economy, yet they face limitations in terms of human resources, limited access to information technology, and a lack of guidance. The Business Development Service (BDS) program aims to enhance the competitiveness and growth of MSMEs. This research implements a digital Business Development Service titled "Implementation of Web-Based Digital Business Development Service Assistance System at the Cooperative and MSME Office of Cirebon Regency" to facilitate MSME actors and Business Consultants in online mentoring activities, overcoming geographical constraints, and archiving MSME data. The implementation results demonstrate that this system facilitates MSME actors and Business Consultants in mentoring activities, enabling online mentoring, access to information, and effective activities. This system has the potential to improve business quality and the effectiveness of MSME mentoring services.
