  PT. Sido Agung Agro Prima is a manufacturing company that produces poultry feed (non-ruminants), one of which is chicken feed. Current technological developments are very rapid, by utilizing technological developments can exchange information very quickly. By utilizing technology, it can facilitate the production activities of Pt.sido agung agro prima. In the production process, the operator will request raw materials from the warehouse according to the current production needs. After that, the warehouse sends raw materials as requested. After the delivery of raw materials by the warehouse, the raw materials will be received by production for the raw material outpouring process. Sometimes in this process several problems occur such as data incompatibility, buildup of raw materials, and missing and torn raw material request reports. Therefore, in this case, PT.sido agung agro prima requires an information system that can request raw materials, see the amount of raw materials needed for production, record the realization of raw materials provided by the warehouse, and record excess raw materials after production and can see history report or production report.
