  Hotel Permata Hijau Cirebon is a City Hotel in Cirebon City, West Java, which is strategically located and in the city center. Permata Hijau Hotel Cirebon is often a resting place for tourists visiting the Cirebon area. Hotel Petata Hijau Cirebon was founded in 2012. The problem at Hotel Permata Hijau is in the processing of guest data when checking in and checking out which still uses the manual method to write in a ledger which will result in difficulty recording guest data for the receiptionist and there is no system centered on each side. To solve this problem, a new innovation related to hospitality management was built in an effort to improve service quality where all innovations and desires can be integrated with each other, one of which is building a hotel management information system using the Extreme Programming method. The limitations of the problems built are: Designing a webbased information system using the PHP programming language and Code Igniter 4 and MySQL database, the method used in designing this information system is the Extreme Programming (XP) method, this web-based hotel management information system focuses on features what a receiptionist, room service, f&b, laundry, and superiors need. For display using Responsive Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, JS, and the creation of a web-based hotel management information system, this was carried out in the Permata Hijau Hotel Cirebon environment. The end result of this research is what is expected to be a solution to existing problems and can be useful according to the needs of the Permata Hijau Hotel Cirebon environment.
