PT. Pekalipan Raharja Cirebon is one of the companies engaged in the sale (distributor) of goods in the form of lubricants. The management of goods at this company is still not fully computerized, so the performance of the goods inventory process cannot be said to be optimal. In order for the inventory process to be more optimal, you must use an inventory information system. This research was conducted on incoming and outgoing goods at the warehouse, the design of this information system uses PHP and MySQL. The development of this inventory information system uses the waterfall model and the data flow used is DFD. This research produces an inventory information system that can be implemented at PT.
