Based on the results of initial observations, it was found that mathematics learning in class III at SDN Sarewu was still centered on teachers who used conventional models with the lecture method. This research aims to determine the planning, implementation and results of mathematics learning using the Problem Based Learning model in class III at SDN Sarewu. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the Kemmis MC. Taggart model went through 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data collection techniques used in the research were observation and tests. The results of the first cycle of research on learning planning obtained a score of 58 (72.5%) as sufficient criteria, the implementation of learning received a score of 53 (66.25%) as sufficient criteria, while the test results obtained an average score of 73.75 with classical learning completeness 70 %. The results of the second cycle research on learning planning obtained a score of 66 (82.5%) with good criteria, the implementation of learning received a score of 73 (91.25%) with very good criteria, and the test results obtained an average score of 82.72 with classical learning completeness 90%. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in learning can improve mathematics learning outcomes in Class III at SDN Sarewu. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal, ditemukan hasil bahwa pembelajaran matemtika di kelas III SDN Sarewu masih berpusat pada guru yang menggunakan model konvensional dengan metode ceramah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan hasil belajar matematika menggunakan model Problem Based Learning di kelas III SDN Sarewu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan model Kemmis MC. Taggart yang melalui 4 tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian berupa observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian siklus I pada perencanaan pembelajaran memperoleh skor 58 (72,5%) kriteria cukup, pelaksanaan pembelajaran memperoleh skor 53 (66,25%) kriteria cukup, sedangkan untuk hasil tes memperoleh nilai rata-rata 73,75 dengan ketuntasan belajar klasikal 70%. Untuk hasil penelitian siklus II pada perencanaan pembelajaran memperoleh skor 66 (82,5%) kriteria baik, pelaksanaan pembelajaran memperoleh skor 73 (91,25%) kriteria sangat baik, serta hasil tes memperoleh nilai rata-rata 82,72 dengan ketuntasan belajar klaksikal 90%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dalam pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika di Kelas III SDN Sarewu.
