This type of research is quantitative research with experimental research method Pre- experimental One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The population in this study were all fourth grade students totaling 87 students, while the sample was fourth grade students totaling 29 students. The sampling technique used in this study was Simple Random Sampling. The independent variable in this study was animated video media while the dependent variable was interest in learning. The research data were obtained by distributing learning interest questionnaires. The analysis technique was the Paired Sample T-test and the N-Gain test. Based on the results obtained using the paired sample T-test, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 was obtained because based on decision making, Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. While the results of the N-Gain test score average value of 0.7309, the effectiveness category of the N-Gain value was high, or it could be interpreted that the use of animated video media (effective) from the results obtained. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the interest in learning science in fourth-grade students of SD Negeri 1 Astana. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of animated video media on the interest in learning science in fourth-grade students of SD Negeri 1 Astana. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh menggunaan media video animasi terhadap minat belajar IPAS pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Astana. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif denga metode penelitian eksperimen design Pre-experimental One Group Pretest-Posttes. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV sebanyak 87 siswa, sedangkan sampelnya adalah siswa kelas IVA dengan jumlah 29 siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Simple Random Sampling. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah media video animasi sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah minat belajar. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dengan membagikan angket minat belajar. Teknik analisis yaitu dengan uji Paired Sampel T-test dan uji N-Gain. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh menggunakan uji paired sampel T-tes diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000<0,05 karena berdasarkan pengambilan keputusan maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Sedangkan hasil uji N- Pendas : Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar, ISSN Cetak : 2477-2143 ISSN Online : 2548-6950 Volume XX Nomor XX, Bulan Tahun 2 Gain score nilai rata-rata sebesar 0,7309 maka kategori efektifitas nilai N-Gain nya yaitu tinggi, atau bisa diartikan penggunaan media video animasi (efektif) dari hasil yang telah diperoleh. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat belajar IPAS pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Astana. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh penggunaan media video animasi terhadap minat belajar IPAS pada siswa kelas IV SD negeri 1 Astana.
