Analysis of the Impact of Nomophobia (No Mobile Phone Phobia) on the Behavior of Elementary School Student One Plumbon Meita Landivah, Nurkholis*, Diana Setiana Primary School Teacher Education, University of Muhammadiyah Cirebon, Cirebon, 45611, Indonesia ARTICLE INFO A B S T R A C T Article history: Received: xx-xx-xx Revised: xx-xx-xx Accepted: xx-xx-xx Published online: xx-xx-xx This study aims to analyze the condition of Nomophobia (no mobile phone phobia) on the behavior of elementary school students including academic, social, and emotional aspects. This study used a quantitative approach of correlational method, using a sample of 30 students from class IV, V, and VI who were taken with simple random sampling technique. The instruments used in this study used questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation and data analysis was carried out with normality tests, Pearson correlation, and simple linear regression. The results of this study show a significant influence between Nomophobia tends to experience impaired learning focus, social isolation, emotional outbursts, and disciplinary problems. Nomophobia is proven to have a negative impact on student behavior, so assistance from teachers and parents in the use of technology, especially smartphones, is needed.
