  Abstract This study aims to analyze scout extracurricular activities in instilling character values in students at SDN 1 Astana. The research used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that scout activities contributed significantly to the development of student character. Specifically, 85% of students showed improvement in discipline, 78% demonstrated stronger responsibility, and 80% exhibited better cooperation skills after consistent participation in scouting activities. These findings provide concrete evidence that scout extracurricular programs are effective in shaping students’ character through structured routines, team-based activities, and leadership training. The study concludes that scout extracurricular activities are not only an alternative but an effective strategy in supporting character education in elementary schools.
