The Effect of Procedural Justice and Distributive Justice on Deviance Behavior with Job Satisfaction as a Mediation Variable (Case Study in PT Alfath Propestindo Barokah). ABSTRACT This study was conducted to determine The Effect of Procedural Justice and Distributive Justice on Deviance Behavior with Job Satisfaction as a Mediation Variable (Cases study at PT Alfath Propestindo Barokah). In this study, the researchers used 4 variable items: procedural justice variable (X1), distributive justice variabel (X2), deviance behavior variable (Y) and job satisfaction variable (Z). The method used is quantitative method. The sample in the study totalled 45 employees of PT Alfath Propestindo Barokah. The data used is primary data and secondary data collected through observation and questionnaire. The measurement scale used in this study is the likert scale. Based on the results of the study with a 5% significance obtained conclusions: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of Procedural Justice on Job Satisfaction with (sig.t) 0,001 < 0,05. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of Distributive Justice on Job Satisfaction with (sig.t) 0,000 < 0,05. (3) There is negative and significant influence Procedural Justice on Deviance Behavior with (sig.t) 0,001 < 0,05. (4) There is a negative and significant influence of Distributive Justice on Deviance Behavior with (sig.t) 0,000 < 0,05. (5) There is a negative and significant influence on Deviance Behavior with (sig.t) 0,000 < 0,05. (6) There is a negative and significant influence Procedural Justice on Deviance Behavior with Job Satisfaction as mediation variable of -2,69140 > 1,96. (7) There is a negative and significant influence of Distributive Justice on Deviance Behavior with Job Satisfaction as mediation variable of -3,07212 > 1,96.
