The population in this study were all nurses at the Muhammadiyah University General Hospital in Cirebon. The method used in this study was quantitative with secondary data. The analysis tool used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work training has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. Work training and work discipline together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at the UMC Hospital, Cirebon Regency. Keywords: job training, work discipline, nurse performance, muhammadiyah university general hospital cirebon Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja perawat pada rumah sakit umum universitas muhammadiyah cirebon. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat rumah sakit umum universitas muhammadiyah cirebon. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan data sekunder. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat, Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Pelatihan kerja dan Disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit UMC Kab. Cirebon.
