The techniques used in data collection were Observation, Questionnaires. The analysis method used was Descriptive Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing (t-Test and Simultaneous Test). The population in this study were all employees totaling 40 employees. The sample in this study used a saturated sample technique, so the sample in this study was the population of the Holycow Cirebon Steak Restaurant, which was 40 people. The results of this study indicate that emotional intelligence includes the ability of employees to manage emotions, regulate emotions and social skills as well as a comfortable, clean physical work environment, according to company regulatory standards, so they can achieve more satisfying results and improve more optimal performance. Abstrak Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh emotional intellegence dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Restoran Steak Holycow Cirebon. Adapun teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah Obersevasi, Kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Deskriptif dan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Hipotesis (Uji-t dan Uji Simultan). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 40 Karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, maka yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah populasi Restoran Steak Holycow Cirebon yaitu 40 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional meliputi kemampuan karyawan dalam mengelola emosi, mengatur emosi dan kemampuan sosial serta lingkungan kerja fisik yang nyaman, bersih, sesuai standar peraturan perusahaan maka dapat mencapai hasil yang lebih memuaskan dan meningkatkan kinerja yang lebih optimal.
