Program Studi Ilmu Pemerintahan, Universitas Muhammadiyah Cirebon email: hanunfaras@gmail.com1) , subhan@umc.co.id 2) , annisa.rengganis@umc.ac.id 3) Abstract This study aims to determine Public Services Based on the E-Government Application Integrated Village System in Realizing Transparency in Village Governance in Klangenan Village, Klangenan District, Cirebon Regency.This research method is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Descriptive qualitative research is research that aims to describe and describe events and phenomena that occur in the field and present data systematically, accurately, and factually about the facts or phenomena that occur in the field. Data collection was carried out using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Researchers conducted data triangulation and source triangulation to check the validity of research data. Data analysis in this study uses three components consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the Integrated Village System E-Government application in Realizing Transparency in Village Governance in Klangenan Village, Klangenan District, Cirebon Regency has implemented the dimensions of policy standards and objectives, resources, inter-organizational relations, characteristics of implementing agents, disposition, provision of information, easy access to information, developing a complaint mechanism, and improving information flow along with its indicators. Factors that influence the application of the SiDesi application include technological infrastructure, human resources, and data security and user privacy.The conclusion from the research is that the implementation of the SiDesi application in Klangenan Village has significantly changed public service delivery. Although faced with technological and socialization challenges, Klangenan Village is ready to overcome them and continue to improve the quality of its public services. The SiDesi implementation process involved the Village Government, the community, and technology vendors. With strong commitment and cooperation, Klangenan Village hopes to provide more efficient and transparent public services for all its people. Keywords: E-Government, public service, transparency
