  PENGARUH KREDIBILITAS KOMUNIKATOR WALI KELAS TERHADAP KEDISIPLINAN SISWA KELAS 5 SDIT AL-IRSYAD AL-ISLAMIYAH CILEDUG, KABUPATEN CIREBON. Student discipline is one of the important factors that must be embedded in students in order to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. Discipline leads to how students can position themselves, when and what to do. One of the things that can be considered to foster student discipline includes regulations, punishments, appreciation and consistency where the four dimensions are in accordance with the theory of discipline according to Elizabet B Hurlock in Ahmad Susanto (2018: 126) is the credibility of the communicator owned by the homeroom teacher as a teacher who accompanies the growth and development of children in class. The credibility referred to in this study takes two theories, the credibility theory according to Jalaludin Rakhmat, namely on the concept of expertise and trust and the second theory according to Jalaludin Rakhmat, namely dynamism, sociability, co-orientation and charisma. This study has a problem formulation whether and how much influence the credibility of the homeroom teacher communicator has on the discipline of class 5 students with the aim of finding out whether the credibility of the homeroom teacher communicator has an influence on student discipline. This study uses a quantitative explanatory approach. Based on the hypothesis test that has been carried out, the Credibility of the Homeroom Teacher Communicator has an influence on the Discipline of Class 5 Students of SDIT Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Ciledug, Cirebon Regency. Based on the results of the regression test that has been carried out, the results obtained R square obtained is 0.282 which means that the credibility of the teacher communicator has an influence on student discipline of 28.2% and the remaining 71.8% is influenced by other factors not studied by the researcher. This study also produces a correlation test of 0.531 which means moderate. Keywords: Regression Test, Student Discipline, Teacher Communicator Credibility ABSTRAK Pendidikan menjadi salah satu sorotan utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang ada. Kedisiplinan siswa adalah salah satu faktor penting yang harus tertanam dalam diri siswa untuk dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan yang ada di Indonesia. Kedisiplinan yang mengarah pada bagaimana siswa dapat menepatkan dirinya, kapan dan apa yang harus dilakukan. Salah satu hal yang dapat diperhatikan untuk menumbuhkan kedisiplinan siswa meliputi peraturan, hukuman, apresiasi dan konsistensi dimana keempat dimensi tersebut sesuai dengan teori kedisiplinan menurut Elizabet B Hurlock dalam Ahmad Susanto (2018:126) adalah dengan kredibilitas komunikator yang dimiliki oleh wali kelas salaku guru yang mendampingi tumbuh kembang anak ketika di kelas. Kredibilitas yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini mengambil dua teori, teori kredibilitas menurut Jalaludin Rakhmat yaitu pada konsep keahlian dan kepercayaan dan teori yang kedua menurut Jalaludin Rakhmat yaitu dinamisme, sosiabilitas, koorientasi dan karisma. Penelitian ini memiliki rumusan masalah apakah dan seberapa besar pengaruh kredibilitas komunikator wali kelas terhadap kedisiplinan siswa kelas 5 dengan tujuan mengetahui apakah kredibilitas komunikator wali memiliki pengaruh terhadap kedisiplinan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif ekplanatif. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis yang sudah dilakukan Kredibilitas Komunikator Wali kelas meiliki pengaruh terhadap Kedisiplinan Siswa Kelas 5 SDIT Al-Irsayad Al-Islamiyyah Ciledug, Kabupaten Cirebon. Berdasarkan nilai hasil dari uji regresi yang sudah dilakukan hasil yang didapatkan R square yang didapat sebesar 0,282 yang memiliki makna bahwa kredibilitas komunikator wali kelas memiliki pengaruh terhadap kedisiplinan siswa yaitu sebesar 28,2% dan 71,8% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan uji korelasi sebesar 0,531 yang memiliki arti sedang. Kata Kunci: Uji Regresi, Kedisiplinan Siswa, Kredibilitas Komunikator Guru
