This study was conducted to determine the effect of work discipline and communication on the employees performance of coffeshop Gincu Cirebon. The variables used in this study are: work discipline (X1), communication (X2), and performanc (Y). The method used is a quantitative method. The sample in this study amounted to 32 respondents who employees of coffeshop Gincu Cirebon. The data used are primary data and secondary data collected through interviews, questionnaires, and biblioghraphy. The measurement scale used is the Likert scale.
