  Character education is indeed about instilling good habits that are consistently applied in everyday life. It is closely related to moral education, as both aim to help individuals understand and embody positive values and norms, fostering self-awareness to align their behavior with these principles. Discipline is a crucial aspect of character education, teaching individuals to be responsible, organized, and committed to their actions. The issues observed in Beber Village include a low level of discipline among young children and a lack of parental involvement in disciplining their kids. Moreover, parents are not arranging the schedules for their children, which can be beneficial for their character development. Through the implementation of a descriptive qualitative method involving observation, interviews, and documentation, researchers found that introducing an the schedule can be an effective way to improve disciplinary character education in children aged 5-6 years. This approach has significant benefits for the children's growth and development. However, the success of the the schedule depends heavily on the active engagement and commitment of both parents and children. Parents play a vital role in setting a positive example, providing guidance, and enforcing consistent discipline. On the other hand, children need to actively participate and embrace the routines and habits that contribute to their character development. In conclusion, character education, particularly focusing on discipline, is crucial for the overall development of children. Implementing an the schedule has shown promising results in improving disciplinary character education for children aged 5-6 years in Beber Village. To achieve optimal results, parents need to take an active role in the process and be consistent in their approach.
