  The official travel order information system is a data processing related to official travel information. The processed data is in the form of employee data, activities, agencies, signing, transportation and costs. From observations and interviews with the Head of Legal Metrology for Cirebon Regency, it was found that the process of managing business travel documents was still done manually and was only done manually. In producing all reports it is felt that they are still not optimal and accurate and relatively long in completing the reports produced. This research was conducted at Cirebon District Legal Metrology using research methods, namely data collection methods, field studies, literature studies, needs analysis, system design and system implementation. The program that was built under the title Web-Based Business Travel Order Information System was designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling method and the Waterfall development method. This system was built using the PHP language and the database used is MySQL. The conclusion of this research is that having a web-based computerized business travel system can make it easier for employees to make official travel documents and verify business travel documents effectively, they can be done anywhere because they are web-based and don't take long. The system developed can improve time efficiency in submitting official travel reports and can improve management of business travel documents because it already uses a database system. The result of this research is an information system for official travel orders where this system is able to display menus according to user access rights. This system is also able to assist employees at the Department of Trade and Industry in the Legal Metrology Sector in making official travel documents and verifying official travel documents and can make receipts and details of costs.
