PENGARUH CREATIVE SELF-EFFICACY DAN EMPOWERING LEADERSHIP TERHADAP CREATIVE PERFORMANCE DI PT. TANAMAS INDUSTRY COMUNITAS

This study was conducted to determine the effect of Creative Self-Efficacy and Empowering Leadership on the Creative Performance at PT. Tanamas Industry Comunitas. The Variables used in this study are: creative self-efficacy ( ), empowering leadership ( ), and creative performance (Y). The method used is a quantitative method. The sample in this study amounted to 60 respondents who are permanent employees at PT. Tanamas Industry Comunitas. The data used are primary data and secondary data collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The measurement scale used is the Likert scale. Based on the results of this study, is shows that partially the creative self- efficacy variables have a positive and significant effect on the creative performance with (sig.t) 0.024 < 0.05 and empowering leadership has a positive and significant effect on the creative performance with (sig.t) 0.011 < 0.05. The results of the variable creative self-efficacy and empowering leadership simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the creative performance at PT. Tanamas Industry Comunitas with a result of of 40.362 > of 3.16. Furthermore, creative self-efficacy ( ) and empowering leadership ( ) contributed 58.6% to the creative performance (Y). While the remaining 41.4% is influenced by other variables. Keywords: Creative Self-Efficacy, Empowering Leadership, and Creative Performance.
