The study used a quantitative approach with a sample selected through proportional sampling from a total population of 275 involving 73 respondents. Data were analyzed using the SmartPLS software to evaluate the relationship between the variables. The results show that employer branding has a signi�icant negative effect on turnover intention, and organizational commitment signi�icantly mediates this relationship. These �indings suggest that enhancing employer branding can reduce employees’ intention to leave, particularly when organizational commitment is strengthened. However, the study is limited to pesantren in a single district, which may affect the generalizability of the �indings. Future research is recommended to include other relevant variables that may in�luence turnover intention to gain a more comprehensive understanding of employee retention factors in faith-based institutions.
